Good program but wrong instructors

The men that run the program have terrible attitudes… they talk down to the people that are trying to STRIVE and be better people for themselves and their families!!! It can be discouraging if you don’t have a strong mind to look pass their verbal abuse and shallow thinking!! Yes true enough when you get into these different jobs you might run across these types of situations BUT every one have rights according to OSHA work place bullying is not allowed anywhere in the state of Michigan… It’s unethical to do so!!!! Alot of the people that attend this program-have came from all types situations that requires them to need a little extra help to push them into their career goals so that they can provide a decent income for their family. Respect is the key! Respect the the people that come there to try and change their lives for the better, Don’t treat them like second class citizens or kill their self esteems…. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE TRYING HARD TO BECOME A BETTER PERSON!!! I’m sure they get enough of the disrespect in their personal lives; no one should have to go into a place where they are under the impression that the people that are in leadership should have their best interests at heart and it turns out they really don’t ( A TOTAL LET DOWN)!!!! I hope someone from the state of Michigan is reading this… because this type of behavior really should be addressed!!!! Thank you!
