2 years agoDo not waste your money on this attorney. I had a case reviewed by Mr. Whalley and I got nothing out of it. He missed three scheduled appointments without any prior notice. Then when he finally spoke with me it was obvious he hadn't reviewed my case and his "expert" opinion was "Yeah, it maybe worth a shot"... Luckily I didn't need his services any further so I moved on, but conveniently the amount I was charged was my entire retainer minus a few dollars. Total scumbag. This firm is why attorneys have a bad rap. He met or exceeded every negative stereotype you have heard about lawyers.
